NOTICE TO USERS OF THE ISA CERTIFIED ARBORIST CERTIFICANT LIST USE LIMITATIONS POLICY AND DISCLAIMER STATEMENT

The ISA Certified Arborist Certificant List (Certificant List) identifies those individuals who have satisfied the ISA certified Arborist certification standards established by the ISA Certification Board of Directors. These certification standards include requirements related to education, and/or professional experience, as well as, the successful completion of a comprehensive knowledge-based certification examination.

While the ISA makes a reasonable effort to provide current and accurate information in the Certificant List, the ISA cannot and does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, or fitness of the information, contained herein for a particular purpose. The identification of any individual on this Certificant List in no way constitutes an endorsement or guarantee, either express or implied, of the competency, services, performance, or standards of practice of either the individual Certified Arborist, or any business, company, corporation, or organization with which the individual may be affiliated. While certificants are required to meet established recertification and continuing education requirements to maintain certification, the ISA maintains no control over these certificants or their related organizations, and disclaims all liability to any party for any action or decision made in reliance on the information contained in the Certificant List or otherwise provided by ISA, or for any actions or inactions of the certificants to any party, or for any loss or injury, resulting from the use or non-use of such information.

ISA will provide you with a limited license and permission to use the contents of this Certificant List if you accept the following Agreement.

AGREEMENT: In order to access and view the Certificant List you accept and agree to be bound by, the following terms and conditions: the information contained in this List shall be used for individual, personal, non-commercial, and confidential reference purposes only, and may be used only pursuant to the terms of this license agreement; this List and its contents are the sole property of ISA; and the contents of the List may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, copied, disseminated, entered into a computer database, used as part of, or in connection with, a mailing list, or otherwise utilized, in any form or manner, by any means, except for the user's individual, personal, non-commercial, and confidential reference.

By using the ISA Certified Arborist List, you are indicating that the foregoing terms and conditions are understood and accepted.

National Tree Benefits Calculator
